PAYMENT
1. We accept Visa, Mastercard. Get Fit Apparel has anti-fraud safeguards in place and will pursue prosecution for all fraudulent orders.
2. We DO NOT ACCEPT cash, gift cards, money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks or company checks. Any cash, money orders or checks we receive will be returned to you.
3. Right now, Get Fit Apparel does not accept international orders. We only ship within the United States.

 

SALES TAX
Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within New York only. The New York tax rate is 4.625%.

 

BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Get Fit Apparel verifies all billing information provided by customers. Please check all billing information before submitting your order. Any mistakes will delay your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.

 

SHIPPING
WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

All in stock orders will be shipped via USPS and will arrive in 7-14 business days. Items may arrive in separate packages on separate days. All packages will require an adult signature for delivery confirmation.

Once a package is dropped off at the USPS for delivery, we will not have any control over the package. We cannot make any guarantees regarding delivery once a package is left with the USPS. We will help to resolve any problems with delivery to the best of our ability, but we will not be held responsible or liable.

Get Fit Apparel will not be responsible for the shipping and return shipping of packages which do not get delivered due to multiple delivery attempts with no one available to accept the package, insufficient or incorrect address information or refusal of package. If package cannot be delivered, customer will receive a credit back to their credit card with a deduction from the original payment for shipping, handling and restocking fees.

Our customers have 30 days from delivery date of the package to return an item back for a return or exchange. In the event of an exchange, customer needs to pay the shipping to ship the item back. If the item is being sent back for an exchange due to a manufacture’s defect or the wrong item shipped, we will reimburse the customer for the return shipping.

If a return is NOT caused by a manufacture’s defect or wrong item sent, original shipping and return shipping is NOT refundable.

Get Fit Apparel does not pay shipping on exchanges.

 

PRIVACY POLICY
Get Fit Apparel utilizes the very latest encryption technologies to keep your personal information private and secure at all times. All personal data you provide to us is secured within our systems and is accessed by authorized personnel only. It is only used for the purchase of the products your order. We will never provide or sell personal information to outside parties or mass marketers.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS
If you have any concerns about your order after it has been placed, please email getfitnow1@optonline.net. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee any cancellation or modifications to an order once it has been placed.

We DO NOT accept email order cancellations.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied and enjoy your purchase. In the unusual case that you find an item not up to your quality expectations, you may return the unused item (garment tags must be attached) within 30 days of delivery of your purchase. Please read all return/exchange notes below.

RETURN/EXCHANGE NOTES

Please read the following before sending any items back to Get Fit Apparel:

  1. All exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days of delivery date.
  2. NOTE: DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY LINGERIE, SWIMSUIT OR INTIMATE APPAREL ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  3. NOTE: WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES OR ITEMS COSTING 13.99 AND UNDER. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  4. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. Returned items with make-up, deodorant marks, stains or traces of dirt or pet hair will not be accepted for return or exchange. Returned items that have been laundered, worn, soiled, altered, or with garment tags unattached will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items must be returned in resalable condition, with hangtags attached.
  6. Exchanges are subject to availability. By the time your exchange is processed, the item(s) you have requested may be sold out or no longer available. If we are unable to process an exchange, you will be credited for the items returned.
  7. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  8. Get Fit Apparel does not pay shipping on exchanges.
  9. Get Fit Apparel is not responsible for uninsured lost packages.
  10. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise.
  11. For returns, please allow up to 2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  12. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for processing upon receipt of your return/exchange.
  13. For exchanges, please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive in-stock exchanged merchandise.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the instructions below to ensure prompt processing.

  1. RETURN FORM - Complete all necessary sections of your return form located on the back of your invoice that came with your package.

  2. RETURN OR EXCHANGE? Be sure to indicate if you prefer to receive a refund or an exchange.
  3. REASON CODE - If you are requesting an exchange because the originally shipped item(s) are defective or different from the original invoice, please specify this on the return reason section of the Returns Form.
  4. Remember to include the following in your return package. Failure to include all of the following will delay processing of your refund or exchange.
    • Merchandise with garment tags attached and original packaging.
    • Completed Return Form and copy of invoice.
